Pricing
Simplee Judy Mobile Notary Services offers fair and reasonable pricing for professional public notary services.
Mobile Notary Service: $50 service and local* travel for in-person notary service at your location (reduced to $30 for non-commercial customers for a repeat appointment within 14 days of a prior appointment) .
Documents $5 each, additional notarized signatures on the same document $2 each. This service is for “regular” documents only (e.g., wills, powers of attorney, 401k spousal waivers etc.), NOT for real estate or loan packages, mortgages, vehicle titles or other specialized cases.
Travel surcharge: $.67 per mile in excess of 4 miles round trip if destination not listed in our service area or in the table below.
In Pennsylvania, basic fees for specified notarial acts are Prescribed by the Commonwealth. However, Pennsylvania notaries are free to charge reasonable administration and travel fees in addition to the state-prescribed fees.

All fees on this page are for service during regular business hours of 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Monday – Friday and 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM Saturday. For service outside of these hours and on Sundays and holidays a $10 surcharge applies.

For residential service addresses, payment can be made at time of service. For non-residential service addresses, payment is required in advance if invoicing arrangements have not been previously agreed and set up.
Vehicle Titles
Vehicle titles are $55 per title transfer. Buyer and seller must be present with current IDs. Please note that only notary service is provided, not temporary registrations or vehicle tags. For temporary registrations and vehicle tags you will need to visit a PennDOT agent after notarizing the title transfer.
Real Estate Packages (Closings, Deed)
Documents related to real estate are priced differently from above.
For individuals, there is a flat fee of $75, which covers only notary service, all documents (1 copy, additional copies $5 per notarized document) and in-area travel, but NOT copying, scanning, faxing, courier services, funds handling and wiring, or any other services.
